Rajan brings more than 26 years of hands-on experience in overseeing technology solution development, project implementation, customer support and marketing & sales related functions for a wide range of companies specializing in varied domains servicing a wide variety of customers across multiple geographies.
Rajan has held very senior level positions at Progress Software and various other technology companies.
At Extensus Solutions, Rajan and his team have been instrumental in creating Best-of-Breed Technology Solutions focusing on Business Process Automation and Optimization, Enterprise Document Processing, Big Data Analytics, Complex Event Processing, RFID, IOT and Application Development using various tools like ASP.NET, Java, iOS and Android.
Especially over the last decade, Rajan has led a wide array of product and service development requirements for various Singapore-based companies in sectors like Energy, Logistics and Banking.
Kamaljeet has diverse experience in implementation, transformation & and change management for IT, HR transformation, talent acquisition/development, and outsourced business solutions, having worked in leadership roles for global organizations like Randstad Sourceright, Cielo Talent, and Manpower Inc. In a career spanning more than two decades, she has rolled out varied solutions for many global majors including Johnson & Johnson, Ericsson, Pratt & Whitney, Merck Sharp & Dhome, Bank of America, Standard Chartered Bank, Deutsche Bank, HPE across more than 12 geographies including Singapore, China, Japan, India and other Southeast Asian countries.
Kamaljeet's main practice areas involve designing and operationalizing Technology Solutions, Business Process Outsourcing solutions, streamlining Processes through Optimization and Standardization, re-engineering Organizational Employee Value Proposition and Talent Acquisition Strategies, and enhancing Talent Acquisition capabilities.
Originally trained as a Software Engineer, Kamal is extremely adept at applying her phenomenal software industry expertise to designing and institutionalizing large-scale systems-based solutions.
Sumeet brings more than 25 years of work experience as a Human Resource Management & Organization Development consultant, facilitator and published researcher. He was earlier India Country Manager for the Human Capital Institute – a Washington DC based HR Think-tank and Associate Director at T.V. Rao Learning Systems Pvt. Ltd.
He has personally trained over 1000 executives and consulted more than 100 firms comprising large multinationals, domestic corporations, small and medium businesses, PSUs, governmental agencies and not-for-profits, representing various industries in India and in international locations like Dubai, Muscat and Riyadh in the Middle East and Singapore in South East Asia.
Sumeet consults Organizations in areas like Organization Design, Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits Structuring, Learning & Organization Development, and specializes in Competency Mapping, Assessment & Development Centers, 360° Feedback & Employee Engagement Surveys, HRD Audit and HR Analytics.
