Technology Solutions
Electronic Business Transaction (EBT) Management System for Power suppliers
EBT is a specialized solution for the Energy Market sector. To qualify as a retailer, Market Participants are required to implement an IT system to interface with Singapore Power (MSSL) EBT system.
We offer an end-to-end EBT system designed as per the EMA (Energy Market Authority) guidelines, for the Market participants, to facilitate the business transactions between the power generator, retailers, and consumers.
Our modules include:- Business transactions such as consumer transfer, account closure, meter option change, and billing option change.
- We provide complete integration with front-end CRM and back-end billing systems.
- Demand and response – To control peak energy demand EMA (Energy Market Authority) launched a Demand Response (DR) program to enable eligible business consumers to voluntarily reduce their electricity usage when wholesale electricity prices are high. In return, they receive a share of the savings from the reduction in wholesale electricity prices. Extensus Solution’s EBT Demand Response module enables retailers to participate in DR by providing analytics of consumer behaviors, identifying potential participants, and providing necessary integrations with the EMC and MSSL.
